Rubber Ducky Childcare is family owned and operated since 1994. Rubber Ducky started out with 2 children nearly 15 years ago in a small home with no employees and no other income. Operating 7 days a week from as early as 5am to 11pm just to make ends meet; Rubber Ducky now operates 2 group family child care programs and a day care center in Medford. Rubber Ducky employs approximately 15 teachers and assistants.
The owners Michael, and Vivian Liebler have a unique love and passion for children. With four of their own they truly understand how to provide a safe, comfortable environment for children, while also providing many ways for the children to develop, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Over the past fifteen years they have established a company that is quality, and professional while never losing focus on what really matters, The Children. Their philosophy is simple, to provide a safe environment for children where they can be comfortable and have fun.
Rubber Ducky Child Care is set up to be flexible with children and parents. Rubber Ducky is now open from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday and the safety of our children is our number one priority and we have taken every necessary step to ensure that everything in all our facility’s are child friendly. This business is not run to serve only one type of parent or child. There are children from foster homes, CPS preventive homes, and low income homes. Every family is unique, and may struggle at one time or another. Our parents know they can talk to us any time and we will listen and do the best we can to take action where their children are concerned. Rubber Ducky even provides many different specialists from specific areas such as counselors, speech therapists; developmental therapists, etc. They will come in and work with the children on an individual basis whenever necessary.
We take pride everyday when we open our doors; from the first child in the morning to the last child at night. We strive to give our parents piece of mind by providing a place that is professional where they know their children are safe and taken care of.
